Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of online campaigns that promote C V Raman Academy’s programmes and brand. Working on‑site in Coimbatore, you will collaborate closely with faculty and administrative staff to create compelling digital content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and email platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content tailored to each channel.
• Analyse campaign performance using web analytics tools and adjust tactics to improve reach and conversion.
• Coordinate with faculty to gather programme information and develop promotional assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and monitor online reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, preferably within education or training services.
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and external audience engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
