Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our creative agency in Muvattupuzha. The specialist will design, launch and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand awareness and engagement for our clients across social media, search and other online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise social media, search and paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage client social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Monitor web analytics, generate performance reports and recommend data‑driven adjustments to improve reach, conversions and ROI.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and account managers to align creative assets with campaign goals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand objectives, timelines and deliver high‑quality digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and online marketing, preferably within a brand‑focused agency environment.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work on‑site and thrive in a fast‑paced creative setting.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
