Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chapter Home is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Mumbai office. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across social, search and other online channels to boost brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch multi‑channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Collaborate with content, design and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Monitor market trends, audience behavior and competitor activity
• Analyse performance data and refine strategies to meet marketing goals

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing
• Proven experience running multiple Meta ad campaigns
• Mandatory D2C (direct‑to‑consumer) experience
• Ability to automate campaign management using AI tools
• Proficiency with web‑analytics tools for tracking and optimisation
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
