Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) to develop, implement and optimise online campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others.
• Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, website content, email campaigns and social media posts.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance metrics and ROI.
• Manage social media accounts and community engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales teams and external agencies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimise marketing funnels and lead‑generation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs and HubSpot.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project‑management abilities.
