Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work directly with the founder, driving high‑priority initiatives from concept to execution. You will own performance, influencer and direct marketing activities, turning ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email and WhatsApp.
• Scale creative influencer programmes and manage day‑to‑day social media operations, including content planning, community engagement and performance tracking.
• Analyse campaign data with web‑analytics tools, generate insights and continuously improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure clear, audience‑focused messaging and seamless execution.
• Conduct A/B tests and maintain basic reporting dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, preferably in a consumer‑facing or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong track record of executing multi‑channel campaigns and scaling influencer initiatives.
• Hands‑on expertise in social media marketing, content planning and community management.
• Ability to interpret web‑analytics data and translate it into actionable optimisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
