Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

BBFTBBFT is seeking a full‑stack digital marketer who will own the entire digital engine – from the first impression on the website to qualified leads. This is a strategic, end‑to‑end role where you will set the direction, build the systems and be accountable for growth, lead quality and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the BBFT website on WordPress, ensuring performance, updates and mobile optimisation.
• Drive SEO for high‑intent keywords through on‑page and off‑page tactics.
• Run CRO, A/B tests and landing‑page experiments to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, handling budget, CPA and ROAS.
• Build retargeting funnels and manage lead‑nurturing automation via WhatsApp, Zapier/Make and email drip sequences.
• Set up GA4, pixel tracking and full‑funnel attribution; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain clean CRM integration to ensure every lead is tracked, attributed and actioned.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably in lead‑generation or an agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress/CMS, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and GA4.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp API tools such as WATI, Interakt or AiSensy.
• Proficiency with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Data‑first mindset; you make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions.
• Problem‑solver who fixes issues rather than only flagging them.
