Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join D Drama’s team in Nagpur. In this full-time, on-site position you will drive our online presence, engage audiences and support our mission of redefining everyday power dressing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid channels.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content for online channels.
• Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Optimise campaigns based on data insights and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for launches and promotions.
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Self-driven and able to work effectively in an on-site environment.
