Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive revenue for Boutiqaat and its sister brands. Reporting to the Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with creative, operations and communications teams to turn bold ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid social, search and email campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Upload and manage SEO/SEM assets, monitor performance, analyse data and refine targeting to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with creatives to develop scroll‑stopping content and ensure brand consistency.
• Track budgets, measure campaign success and produce regular performance reports.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates and propose innovative tactics to increase engagement.
• Participate in cross‑functional brainstorms and turn ideas into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of traffic and conversion growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
