Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

archVi is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead SEO and paid‑search initiatives that drive lead generation and sales for real‑estate clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Head and cross‑functional teams to create data‑driven campaigns that boost online visibility and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO strategies.
• Manage paid‑search campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on high‑intent traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages and targeting parameters.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and deliver weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce SEO‑friendly content and compelling ad creatives.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and performance‑marketing trends in real estate.
• Manage campaign budgets to achieve ROI goals.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid‑search performance marketing.
• Proven success with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication, project management and reporting skills.
• Experience in real‑estate digital marketing is a plus.
