Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing footwear brand in Chennai. You will own the planning, execution and optimisation of performance‑driven campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, driving brand visibility and sales for our D2C business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns following a full‑funnel approach.
• Test creative assets aggressively, including hooks, angles, formats and landing pages.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR and AOV.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 tracking, and manage GTM tags.
• Collaborate with the content team to align campaigns with brand drops and storytelling.
• Optimise website journeys and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Scale winning campaigns efficiently while preserving profitability.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in D2C performance marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of consumer purchase psychology in the sneaker/fashion segment.
• Data‑driven mindset combined with creative awareness.
• Startup attitude: proactive, accountable and solution‑oriented.
