About the role

Grandeur Living is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Bengaluru team. Working in a hybrid setting, you will shape the brand’s online presence, drive traffic, and boost conversions for a lifestyle and home‑solutions brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across social media, search, email and display channels.
• Manage social media calendars, create and publish engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in lifestyle, home or consumer brands.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
