Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Performance

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack growth marketer to own the end‑to‑end journey that turns attention into orders for Tones Fashion. Reporting directly to the founder, you will manage our Shopify storefront, run performance campaigns on Meta and Google, and drive UGC‑powered creative while leveraging AI‑driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify front‑end and back‑end: catalog, collections, pricing, discounts, shipping/tax settings, app stack, theme customization, PDP and landing‑page optimization, UX, page speed, and conversion improvements.
• Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), including pixel, Conversions API and GA4 tracking and reporting.
• Control budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC and AOV, conducting small‑batch product tests and larger festival pushes.
• Develop UGC strategy: turn customer and creator content into paid creative, run community challenges and maintain a steady flow of authentic assets.
• Monitor South Indian Gen‑Z cultural trends and translate insights into timely content angles, campaign hooks and product drop ideas.
• Build AI‑driven automations for audience syncing, creative variation, catalog workflows and marketing automation flows across email and WhatsApp (abandoned cart, back‑in‑stock, post‑purchase, win‑back).
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end D2C drop and festival campaigns from teaser to launch and sustain phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores and performance marketing on Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to track and optimise campaigns using GA4, pixel and Conversions API.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast‑moving environment and collaborating directly with the founder.
