Digital Marketing Specialist – Full‑Stack Lead Generation

About the role

BBFTBBFT is seeking a proactive Full‑Stack Digital Marketer to own and grow its entire digital engine. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, building systems, and delivering measurable results across website, SEO, paid media, automation, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the BBFT website on WordPress, ensuring performance, mobile experience, and continuous SEO optimisation for high‑intent keywords.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, handling budget allocation, CPA, and ROAS while creating retargeting funnels.
• Design and implement WhatsApp automation flows, Zapier/Make workflows, and email drip sequences to nurture leads without leakage.
• Set up GA4, pixel tracking, and full‑funnel attribution; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain clean CRM integration to track, attribute, and action every lead.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in lead‑generation or agency environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to diagnose problems, test solutions, and act independently.
• Comfortable treating each channel as a profit‑and‑loss line item.
