Digital Marketing Specialist (3+ years experience)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive business growth by planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns. You will work independently to manage end‑to‑end campaigns, analyze performance data, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing SEO optimisation.
• Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions and overall campaign performance.
• Analyse data across channels, recommend improvements and optimise for CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
• Coordinate with content, design, sales and business teams for seamless execution.
• Prepare analytical reports and present results to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, platform changes and emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services or technology marketing is a plus.
