Digital Marketing & Marketplace Specialist

About the role

Qaadu, a leading health and beauty brand operating in India and the UAE, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Marketplace Specialist to drive its online growth. You will manage the brand’s e‑commerce site and marketplace listings while creating data‑driven campaigns that attract and convert customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the brand’s e‑commerce website with accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and execute traffic‑generation strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content.
• Manage and optimise listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Walmart, Target and other marketplaces.
• Analyse website and marketplace performance, produce reports, and implement revenue‑boosting actions.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and apply best practices across all channels.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or marketplace management, preferably in health and beauty.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
