Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of data‑driven marketing strategies for SonyLIV. The role focuses on growing subscriptions and viewership by leveraging consumer insights, market analytics and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical brand and content performance to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and publisher data from platforms such as Google, Facebook and emerging digital channels.
• Design and execute multi‑channel performance campaigns across Google, Meta, affiliates and programmatic platforms using a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Own the marketing funnel, monitoring, analysing and optimising campaigns in real‑time to maximise ROI.
• Utilise tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics and Looker to track performance and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messaging and audience targeting to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
