Digital Marketing Manager (On-site, Belgaum)

About the role

Cubiccode Digital Media LLP is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive traffic, leads and sales for its clients. Based on‑site in Belgaum, you will work closely with design and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display and email channels.
• Manage social media accounts, online advertising budgets and lead‑generation activities.
• Monitor web analytics, track performance metrics and produce data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure creative assets meet campaign goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel digital campaigns in an agency or IT services environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on‑site in Belgaum.
