Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Trivara Infraventures is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead brand growth in the urban real‑estate sector. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging data, creativity, and AI tools to drive lead generation and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns across social media, email, and display advertising.
• Own the brand’s digital presence, including website performance, social media growth, and online reputation.
• Develop and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
• Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and real‑estate marketing cycles.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and continuously optimise performance and conversions.
• Utilise AI‑based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, HubSpot) to automate and accelerate marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
• Track KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.
• Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email‑marketing platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing workflows with concrete examples.
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy, lead generation, and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for campaigns, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise projects, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
