Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead both paid and organic growth initiatives for CognitiveBotics, targeting parents, therapists, and institutions. This hands‑on leader combines strategic planning with execution, driving brand authority and measurable acquisition results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to retention.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute SEO, SEM, content, and email marketing strategies.
• Create landing pages, nurture journeys, and performance dashboards.
• Lead community marketing efforts such as parent groups, therapist forums, and webinars.
• Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams on lead scoring, nurturing, and MQL handoff.
• Produce creative storytelling assets including videos, blogs, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Manage a small in‑house team and freelancers for content, design, and automation.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in EdTech, HealthTech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of lead generation and CPL/CAC optimisation.
• Analytical and creative mindset capable of interpreting data and crafting narratives.
• Self‑starter who can design creatives, write copy, and run campaigns independently.
