Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a business services firm that helps mid‑sized companies improve efficiency and profitability through specialized back‑office solutions. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead US‑focused demand‑generation initiatives and work closely with our leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted B2B prospect databases using Apollo.io or similar tools, applying ICP‑based research and segmentation.
• Manage leads throughout the CRM lifecycle, handling qualification, MQL/SQL tracking and sales hand‑off.
• Plan, execute and optimise email campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Drive organic visibility through SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Create conversion‑focused content for blogs, websites, emails and other assets aimed at a US audience.
• Align marketing and sales efforts to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Leverage LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and engagement.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
• Hands‑on experience with prospecting, list building and lead‑generation platforms.
• Strong understanding of MQL/SQL concepts and sales‑marketing alignment.
• Excellent written communication in US Business English.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Bing/Microsoft analytics

• Google and HubSpot certifications (preferred)
