About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance‑marketing initiatives in Jabalpur. The role focuses on driving paid traffic, improving organic visibility, and delivering measurable ROI across key digital channels.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns to meet lead, conversion, ROAS and ROI targets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and comprehensive SEO audits.
Design and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics to boost organic rankings and traffic.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.

Required profile

Minimum 4 + years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance advertising and SEO.
