Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence for a home décor retail brand. The role will drive strategy across social media, SEO and performance campaigns, ensuring brand storytelling resonates with luxury‑focused audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies, from pre‑launch to post‑launch.
• Manage social media channels, create engaging content and oversee influencer collaborations.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid performance campaigns to meet acquisition and ROI targets.
• Conduct SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Analyse campaign data using Meta Business Suite and Google tools, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including design, product and sales, to ensure consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing or social media within the retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing full‑funnel campaigns for luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
