Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital presence. The role will own the corporate website, drive a comprehensive social media strategy, and implement modern marketing technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance the corporate website strategy, performance, user experience, and content architecture.
• Manage landing pages and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
• Develop and execute a global social media strategy to strengthen brand presence.
• Drive content calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation tools to optimize digital content and campaign performance.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to inform digital strategy.
• Identify and implement modern marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation integrations.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage digital webinars and virtual events, ensuring effective lead capture.
• Develop and publish thought‑leadership content such as white papers and industry insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing corporate websites and full‑funnel digital campaigns.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of AI‑enabled marketing tools for personalization and segmentation.
• Proficiency in data‑analytics and dashboard/reporting tools.
