Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing function at Mott MacDonald. Reporting to the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead the digital activation of campaigns, optimise our website and social media presence, and drive data‑led improvements across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital activation tactics for marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, landing pages and personalised journeys.
• Champion best‑practice use of the marketing automation platform and ensure consistent campaign delivery.
• Analyse campaign and audience data, using performance metrics to refine and optimise content and activities.
• Oversee regional website management, content updates, and use of website insights to improve performance.
• Lead regional social media strategy across corporate, advocacy and paid channels, utilising tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social listening platforms.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain a regular rhythm of high‑quality content on digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose core content and recommend fresh ideas for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a regional or multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with content, communications and global marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple digital projects and meet deadlines.
