About the role

The Design Studio is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise online campaigns that boost brand visibility, engagement and lead generation. Based in Ludhiana, this full‑time position offers a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across social, SEO, SEM and paid channels.
• Manage social media platforms, develop content calendars and coordinate creatives with design and development teams.
• Oversee SEO strategies, paid advertising initiatives and landing‑page performance.
• Monitor web analytics, generate performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop marketing strategies, control budgets and support sales teams to achieve conversion targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or technology‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in social media, lead generation and campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid work setting and manage multiple projects.
