Digital Marketing Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the hotel’s online presence, driving brand visibility, direct bookings, and revenue through strategic digital initiatives. You will work closely with sales, revenue management, and operations to ensure cohesive promotion of rooms, restaurants, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the hotel website, ensuring up‑to‑date content, promotions, and brand consistency.
• Optimize the site for direct bookings using SEO, SEM, and conversion‑rate tactics.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Oversee social media channels, creating content calendars, engaging audiences, and managing community interaction.
• Produce digital assets such as photos, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and improve online reputation across review sites and travel platforms.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports on traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and other digital partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 5–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hotel, hospitality, travel or luxury brand environments.
• Proven ability to manage hotel websites, booking engines and online travel platforms.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and communication skills.
