Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Marc Salon & Beauty Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive its digital strategy across paid and organic channels, supporting brand growth and lead generation for its salon and spa furniture business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, planning monthly/quarterly campaigns, budgets, content and channel objectives.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, remarketing and lead‑generation campaigns, optimizing CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC and conversions.
• Conduct content research, generate creative ideas and guide social media, blog, reel, video and carousel production in collaboration with designers and writers.
• Oversee SEO, social media and website traffic initiatives, tracking performance with GA4, Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Analyze customer journeys, landing pages and conversion rates to identify gaps and improve lead acquisition.
• Coordinate with performance, creative, content, SEO and website teams as well as external agencies, setting priorities and reporting insights to management.

Required profile

• Strategic yet hands‑on digital marketer who can manage multiple channels, lead teams/agencies and link activities to measurable business growth.
• 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
