Digital Marketing Language Specialist (Spanish/French)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Digital Marketing Language Specialist to manage and optimise Google Ads and Search Ads campaigns for our clients. The role is based in Bangalore (or Gurugram) and requires a B2‑level proficiency in Spanish or French, together with a recognised language certification. Working full‑time on‑site, you will drive performance‑marketing initiatives that generate leads and improve ROI.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management and optimisation of Google Ads and Search Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structuring.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Implement and fine‑tune bidding strategies including Manual CPC, tCPA and tROAS.
• Perform A/B testing of ad copies and campaign layouts.
• Analyse search terms and user intent to enhance targeting.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to meet lead‑generation goals.
• Provide actionable insights through regular campaign analysis reports.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically Google Ads.
• B2‑level proficiency in Spanish or French with a valid language certification.
• Comfortable working rotational 24x7 shifts and a 100% on‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
