Digital Marketing Executive (Organic)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive focused on organic lead generation. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and attract qualified leads through non‑paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute organic lead generation and social media marketing strategies.
• Generate organic leads across various social media platforms.
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources for online branding and SMO initiatives.
• Lead social media promotions and organic marketing campaigns.
• Engage with international clients using non‑voice processes.
• Continuously improve digital marketing performance.
• Identify trends, derive insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Analyze end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels for lead generation.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong English communication and marketing skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent, detail‑oriented team player with excellent relationship management abilities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially organic lead generation.
