Digital Marketing Executive (Omnichannel)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead the design and execution of omnichannel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and lifetime value. The role is based in Goa and works closely with cross‑functional teams across different time zones, aligning with US‑based schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and optimise paid lead‑generation channels including Google Search, Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube and display networks.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable campaign plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Maintain ad‑tech stack for direct‑to‑consumer sites, including tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with product, creative and community teams to support launches and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in paid search, display and video advertising.
• Proven track record managing Meta and Google ad accounts with advanced targeting and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate insights and adjust campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of working independently.
