Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Solar Ladder is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimise online campaigns that drive lead generation, brand visibility and customer acquisition for its solar supply‑chain platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and acquisition.
• Develop and manage lead generation initiatives, improving lead quality and conversion rates.
• Design and run WhatsApp marketing sequences for nurturing leads and engaging customers.
• Oversee social media channels, handling content planning, scheduling, publishing and performance tracking.
• Create ad copy, video concepts, scripts and campaign briefs aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video teams to produce high‑quality creatives.
• Support SEO efforts to boost website visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor and report key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, spend and ROI.
• Analyse performance data and continuously optimise targeting, creatives and budgets.
• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and campaign optimisation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and analytics.
• Excellent communication, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
