Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

TalkingLands is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Executive to build and grow its marketing channels. You will own campaigns from planning through execution, leveraging AI tools to work efficiently in a fast‑moving, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run direct‑marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp and SEO, managing the full lifecycle from idea to results.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and other SEO activities to boost organic visibility.
• Create marketing collateral and visual assets using Figma or Photoshop.
• Utilise AI tools for content creation, design, research and automation.
• Experiment, track performance, adjust tactics and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Previous experience at a startup or agency.
• Resourceful, proactive and comfortable shipping work quickly.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Fluent with AI tools that improve efficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with email and WhatsApp marketing.
