Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality leads across India and New Zealand. You will work on a range of campaigns, content, and emerging AI‑driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise high‑impact digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, paid advertising, email marketing and social media.
• Maintain and improve website content and user experience using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, presentations and promotional materials.
• Expand our brand presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI) to enhance content creation, reporting and productivity.
• Support marketing initiatives for our New Zealand healthcare technology platform, ManageMyHealth.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Leadership, Product, Finance and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to report and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for learning emerging technologies and AI applications.
