Digital Marketing Executive – Full‑Stack Role

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to independently manage and execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content channels. The role sits within an IT/software environment and requires a data‑driven mindset to drive organic growth and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise SEO strategies, including on‑page, technical audits, backlink outreach and competitor analysis using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, monitoring CTR, CPC, CPL and ROAS.
• Manage company social media profiles, create editorial calendars and produce engaging posts, reels and videos to boost followers and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with writers and developers to ensure website and content are SEO‑friendly, conversion‑focused and regularly updated.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics 4 and other analytics platforms, presenting actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably within IT, software or SaaS.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic, paid acquisition and lead generation.
