Digital Marketing Analyst – SEO + AI

About the role

Esperer Motors is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Analyst who lives and breathes SEO while leveraging AI to accelerate campaigns. You will bridge organic growth with paid media, turning traffic into revenue for our performance‑car parts brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full SEO lifecycle: keyword research, on‑page and technical optimisation, content creation, and link‑building.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms alongside organic initiatives.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI‑SEO platforms) daily for content drafting, keyword discovery, reporting and campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with sales to convert digital leads into orders and support dealer/installer sales pipelines.
• Develop and manage content and social presence on Instagram and YouTube for car enthusiasts.
• Monitor performance in GA4 and Search Console, reporting on traffic, conversions and ROAS.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a proven SEO track record.
• Strong sales instinct and comfort owning a lead through to conversion.
• Excellent communication and a data‑driven mindset.
