Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Chennai office. You will plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting SEO and social media efforts to boost brand visibility and generate quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance, implement optimisation strategies and improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and apply on‑page and off‑page SEO techniques.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to provide SEO‑friendly keywords and content recommendations.
• Track website performance, page speed, and search‑engine rankings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics tools.
• Analyse traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to enhance marketing outcomes.
• Schedule and manage social‑media content across platforms.
• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Monitor client social media pages, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay updated on digital‑marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
