About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketer to join our marketing team in the Tema/Ashaiman area. The role is full‑time, office‑based, and focuses on driving online visibility, engagement, and business growth through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage and scale digital campaigns across social media, search, email and online advertising platforms.
• Create and curate social media content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Analyze performance data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
• Oversee digital customer relationship management and brand management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Punctual with strong time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Information Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Ability to use simple graphic design tools (a plus).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and promotional skills.
• Good ICT skills and a keen interest in the latest digital trends.
