Digital Marketer (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

DigitalX Marketers Academy is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketer to join its team in Thiruvananthapuram. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive qualified leads for the academy’s training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated campaigns across social media, search and other online channels.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor performance using web‑analytics tools and produce regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with training offerings.
• Test new strategies, stay updated on industry trends and contribute to improving the academy’s online presence.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
