Digital Lead – PMO (Digital Transformation)

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Digital Lead – PMO to drive digital transformation, governance, and data‑driven delivery across large‑scale energy and infrastructure programmes. The role will integrate digital tools, analytics and PMO best practices to improve cost, schedule, quality and risk performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Digital PMO framework aligned with AECOM’s enterprise digital strategy.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, reporting and governance.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms such as dashboards, BIM integration and data‑analytics tools.
• Establish a data‑driven PMO culture enabling predictive and prescriptive decision‑making.
• Provide real‑time performance monitoring through centralized dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
• Integrate field data capture tools and IoT sensors for real‑time site data acquisition.
• Implement analytics and AI layers for trend analysis, risk prediction and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in project controls, PMO or programme management, with at least 5 years in digital PMO or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex energy, transmission, renewable or EPC programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Computer) required; Master’s degree preferred.
