Digital Growth Strategy Consultant (Local) – New Delhi

About the role

The Digital Growth Strategy Consultant will lead the development and execution of data‑driven strategies to expand UNFPA’s digital presence in India. Working for up to 11 months, the consultant will design and implement campaigns, optimise website performance and grow online communities to amplify UNFPA’s impact on gender equality, reproductive health and sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design digital campaigns, including content plans, key messages, tactics, success metrics and performance‑marketing components.
• Develop and execute influencer, celebrity and advocate engagement strategies.
• Drive content and video strategy to increase website traffic and audience engagement.
• Optimise the UNFPA India website and digital channels for performance and conversion pathways.
• Implement advanced performance‑marketing and digital fundraising initiatives, including CRM‑linked campaign ecosystems.
• Design audience journeys and integrated, data‑driven campaign ecosystems across social media and the website.
• Collaborate on co‑branded partnership execution aligned with organisational priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital growth, campaign planning and performance marketing.
• Strong background in content strategy, video production and website optimisation.
• Experience managing influencer or celebrity collaborations for social impact.
• Ability to use data and insights to shape digital communication outcomes.
• Familiarity with digital fundraising and CRM‑linked campaign structures.
