Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

PRIZOR AITech India Limited is seeking a dynamic Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist to boost brand visibility, acquire customers, and generate qualified leads through integrated digital campaigns. You will work closely with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver data‑driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated Digital, ATL & BTL campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing on Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other platforms.
• Lead SEO, social media, email, WhatsApp and content marketing activities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, colleges, communities and local businesses.
• Coordinate influencer programmes, events, exhibitions, workshops and brand activations.
• Manage CRM and customer‑lifecycle marketing, including engagement, retention and re‑activation campaigns.
• Oversee online reputation management across digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams, agencies and vendors for timely campaign delivery.
• Optimise website and landing‑pages to improve traffic, lead generation and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare MIS, ROI and performance reports.
• Support marketing budget management and vendor cost optimisation.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots and marketing content production.
• Explore AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign management and analytics.
• Identify emerging trends, new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience executing campaigns on major digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Creative, proactive and detail‑oriented with a data‑driven mindset.
