Digital Flexo Printing Operator

About the role

Amba Multiprint is expanding its Digital Flexo Division and seeks an experienced operator to run modern digital flexo printing equipment. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and maintaining high‑quality print runs for labels and films.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage Digital Flexo printing machines, including Monotec GM Color Nova Series and digital embellishment equipment.
• Set up jobs with the correct inks, substrates and colour specifications.
• Maintain consistent colour, registration and overall print quality throughout production.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and implement waste‑reduction measures.
• Handle efficient job changeovers to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot printing‑related issues and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Keep machines clean, safe and compliant with operating standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Pre‑Press teams and maintain accurate production records.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in digital flexo printing, preferably with labels or film.
• Strong understanding of flexo inks, colour matching and substrate handling.
• Ability to work independently on machine setup and production runs.
• Focus on quality, productivity and waste reduction.
• Team‑oriented with good discipline and problem‑solving skills.
