Digital Content Associate – French (Fire TV)

About the role

The Digital Content Associate supports the Fire TV catalog by ensuring that French‑language content is accurate, well‑structured and ready for customers. You will work closely with the Digi‑Flex team to maintain high‑quality metadata and improve the overall user experience on Fire TV devices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the digital content catalog, verifying accuracy and relevance of entries.
• Enter and manage metadata for movies, shows and series, ensuring consistency with established SOPs.
• Track daily activities, generate reports and flag duplicate or erroneous records.
• Collaborate with teammates during calibration sessions, team huddles and process‑improvement discussions.
• Identify workflow challenges and communicate observations to supervisors for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• French language certification (minimum B1) with strong written and verbal skills in both French and English.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to different workflows.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
