Dialysis Nurse

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a qualified Dialysis Nurse to deliver high‑quality renal care. You will manage all aspects of hemodialysis treatment, ensuring patient safety and adherence to prescribed protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complete dialysis procedures according to physician orders.
• Assess patients' hemodynamic status, vascular access, and comorbid conditions before treatment.
• Monitor dialysis sessions, manage vascular access, flow adequacy, and promptly address complications.
• Communicate any changes in patient condition to the nephrologist and recommend treatment adjustments.
• Supervise dialyzer reprocessing and maintain accurate patient records for medical audits.
• Disinfect hemodialysis machines and ensure proper room hygiene.
• Check vital signs, educate patients about their disease and treatment, and answer questions.
• Oversee the entire dialysis session from start to finish, ensuring correct medication administration.
• Evaluate patient reactions to treatment and support the dialysis team in delivering respectful, quality care.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions from dialysis doctors and nephrologists.
• Strong attention to patient safety and detail.
• Effective communication with patients and multidisciplinary team members.
