DevOps/MLOps Specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a DevOps/MLOps Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and operation of end‑to‑end pipelines for machine learning and large language models. The role focuses on building scalable, production‑grade AI systems in a cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full MLOps and LLMOps pipelines from model development to deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Automate model deployment and management to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness for large language models.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM models, integrating them into production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to embed models into robust systems.
• Build data pipelines and orchestration workflows using tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, or MLflow.
• Create monitoring solutions to track model performance, diagnose issues, and maintain system health.
• Optimize deployed models for speed, accuracy, and cost, leveraging hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs).
• Maintain version control, governance, and lifecycle management for all models.
• Stay current with advances in MLOps, LLMOps, and Generative AI, applying best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of MLOps experience, including at least 2 years focused on LLMOps pipelines.
• Proven track record deploying and scaling machine‑learning models in cloud environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and passion for building production‑grade AI systems.
• Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies is a plus.
