DevOps Engineer

About the role

AiSensy is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 2–8 years of experience to design, automate, and scale its cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure highly available, secure, and cost‑efficient systems that support millions of daily WhatsApp interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Automate application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Build and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, including containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi or CloudFormation.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or ELK.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for automation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
