DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our development and production environments. The role works closely with software teams to automate workflows, improve reliability and accelerate delivery while ensuring security and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Set up monitoring, alerting and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
• Manage version control, branching and release management strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimise application performance and reliability.
• Ensure security compliance, access control and vulnerability management across environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, scalability and fault tolerance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or infrastructure management.
• Strong proficiency with the Azure public cloud platform.
• Deep understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade deployments with zero downtime.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in agile environments.
