DevOps Engineer

About the role

RoboMQ is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support its SaaS identity governance platform, Hire2Retire. The role involves building and maintaining highly available cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring security across AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer multi-node Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance.
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Configure logging, monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, EFK stack or CloudWatch.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling and security compliance on AWS with Terraform.
• Strengthen cloud security through IAM policies, encryption, vulnerability scans and penetration testing tools (NMAP, ZAP).
• Perform root-cause analysis, system troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to support on-call incidents and critical infrastructure issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to provide on-call support for critical infrastructure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
