About the role

RoboMQ is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support its fast‑growing SaaS platform, Hire2Retire. You will work on a distributed, cloud‑native environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our identity governance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and administer multi‑node Kubernetes clusters for high availability.
Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, EFK or CloudWatch.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Manage AWS infrastructure, automate provisioning and scaling with Terraform, and enforce security compliance.
Perform root‑cause analysis, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvements.
Conduct network security assessments with tools such as NMAP and improve IAM, encryption, and vulnerability controls.

Required profile

3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
Demonstrated ability to provide on‑call support for critical infrastructure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with distributed systems.
