DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to shape the future of our next‑generation technology platform. You will work in an agile, fast‑paced team alongside top‑class technologists, building automated solutions and ensuring reliable production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines and code versioning for in‑house and COTS applications.
• Develop deployment pipelines in GoCD for banking applications and automate deployments on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis, identify gaps in delivery frameworks, and improve continuous monitoring.
• Create standard documentation for automation and monitoring tools for support teams.
• Lead release engineering efforts across the bank’s DevOps lifecycle.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tools, scope documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in DevOps engineering, CI/CD pipeline development, and deployment automation, preferably in banking, financial services, or IT.
• Background in release engineering and monitoring systems.
